The Cornerstone (2023)

Working as a Production Facilitator thru Scribe Video Center's Precious Places Project, I had the privilege to shoot, edit, and co-produce this film (with Amelia Carter), directed by Church Historian Bertha Jackmon. Mount Zion AME Church Devon, is one of the oldest AME churches in PA and the oldest on the mainline.

This film screened for Scribe, and community centers on the mainline, as well as airing on WHHY.

The Precious Places Community History project is an ongoing documentary program of Scribe assisting community groups in documenting those public spaces, buildings, and parks that hold the community’s memories and define our region’s neighborhoods.
